A layout per terminal.
Every herdr terminal gets its own 12x6 grid. Drop blocks where you want them, drag a header to move, pull a corner to resize. Any block expands into a side drawer without losing its state. Save a layout and every new terminal starts from it.

See what every agent is doing.
The sidebar shows the detected agent's logo per terminal: Claude, Codex, Cursor, Gemini and more. A spiral while it works, a green dot when it is done, a blue dot when it answered while you were somewhere else.

03 / modules
Build your own block.
Write a module.json in a folder, and the block is in your bento a second later. Kind command runs any CLI or TUI in the terminal's folder: btop, npm run dev, your script. Kind web is one HTML file in a sandboxed iframe with a small SDK for files, shell and agent state. Unzip the folder, it shows up in a second. Browse the library at /modules or add yours with a pull request.
